What do you get when you mix retail therapy with an extra dose of bright and sunny vitamin D? The Anne Springs Close Greenway’s Spring Artisan Market! Shop for local arts, crafts and goodies at this open-air market. The festivities commence at 9:00 am with a vibrant open-air market featuring 70 local vendors showcasing arts, crafts and more. Make a day of it with a stop at the Greenway Canteen, serving breakfast options and coffee in the early morning, and a limited menu for lunch. A selection of specialty cocktails inspired by the spring season will also be available for purchase.

Come meet and learn about the donkeys who live in our donkey pasture! To reach the donkey pasture from Dairy Barn entrance, park and walk past the Founders Dairy Barn along Blue Star Trail toward Steele Creek. Find the donkeys on your left prior to reaching the Swinging Bridge. To reach the donkey pasture from Lake Haigler entrance, park and walk toward the Greenway Gateway (visitor center). Turn left on Blue Star Trail toward Steele Creek. After crossing the Swinging Bridge, the donkey pasture will be up the hill on the right. On your return hike, be sure to stop in at the Greenway Canteen for lunch or a yummy snack!

Everyone receives free entrance to the Greenway on Earth Day Weekend to enjoy time in nature.
