Join Derek McQuiston for a fun, interactive, and tasty class where we will discover how to make amazing sourdough bread at home! Guests will get to sample several loaves as we get busy to learn how to make a first loaf (to take home and bake). All supplies and materials are included for you to take home and keep, along with the skills needed to execute some amazing bread! You’ll leave class with: * A loaf you made in class to take home and bake * Derek’s favorite banneton basket for bread shaping * a mixing bowl * a kitchen scale * a tea towel * and a starter of your very own This sourdough bread workshop is perfect for our bread lovers of all talents, whether you’re making a loaf for the first time or a seasoned baker, grab a friend and enjoy this incredible class!
